Happy Chai



Meet The Team:

2 cups Water

2 cups Non dairy milk

1 clove

1 Black peppercorn

2 Green Cardamom pods

1 cinnamon stick

1 tsp Ground cinnamon

1 tbsp Earl grey, white or green leaf tea

1 tbsp Dandelion tea

1cm Grated ginger

1-2 tbsp Raw honey to taste


Game Plan:

1. Place all herbs and spices and cover with boiling water

2. Allow to sit on a very low heat for one to two hours to infuse, adding water if it begins to dry up. You want to be left with a concentrated liquid

3. When you are ready to serve add milk and honey to taste and bring to boil and simmer for 10mins
