Meet The Team

4 tbs Black Chia Seeds

1/3 pack of Oob Frozen Mixed Berries

Vanilla Essence to Taste

4 serves of Protein Powder

1 Can Coconut Cream

Mix all the ingredients together adding Vanilla essence to the end
