MY STORY
As a child, I was always on the move, driving my family crazy with my constant questions about what we could do and where we would go. I always explored, pushed boundaries, and focused on improving rather than being the best. Sitting still was never my strong suit—I was defiant, a daredevil, always seeking new challenges.
As I grew older, I was encouraged to try meditation and yoga, which initially didn't appeal to me. But, being someone who never backs down from a challenge, I gave it a shot. Surprisingly, after practice, I found that I could sit in meditation, but it left me feeling dull, I felt boring. It was not the amazing feelings I know. I missed the enthusiasm, speed and energy I loved about myself.
Who said it's about slowing down? I can take in things at God's speed!
