Coconut Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

Meet the Team

  • 1 1/4 cup pure harvest coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup of Black Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla paste or fresh bean

  • 1 tbsp raw honey or rice malt syrup, to taste

  • *A serving of vegan protein if you like

  • toppings such as toasted coconut or berries

Game Plan

In a medium jar with a lid, combine all the ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate. Shake a few times over the 30 minutes of setting. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight is great. If you like your pudding runner add more milk.
