Meet the Team

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup chopped spinach

  • 2 tsp cacao

  • 10 almonds

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/2 cup of almond milk or water

  • 1 scoop of protein

  • 4-5 ice cubes


Blend all ingredients together.
